The content is really interesting, but there was a lot of content that had mistakes in MyLo. Hopefully they fixed it now. It was really hard to contact the lecturer - he was away for the first two weeks and you had a quiz the day he returned so if you had any questions they weren't going to be answered. The MyLo content was really thorough and useful, but the answers did not always provide a model answer, so if you didn't understand, then you'd have to figure it out yourself and hope you were right. The assignments are provided 4 weeks before they are due, no earlier. Apparent for 'equity' and not to overwhelm students. Students that wish to learn faster or had time retrains at different times will not be able to get the material earlier. You have to figure everything out yourself. You should get the textbook because it gives you some example videos to practice in. The links to other university websites with practice examples to try are good (especially Macquarie University links). I'm not sure UTAS is a good university for Speech Pathology so far it seems you have to learn by yourself. No webinars, but if you press, maybe a drop in session.
