A core subject for IT. A good introductory of projects within the IT industry. In Semester 1 2017, students had to hold workshop sessions in relation to the content in the lectures. Nick is a passionate tutorial teacher, very interpersonal and teaches the tutorials well.

Grant was an excellent lecturer. He was able to tell us practical skills for real-life situations and balance it with examinable study standards. My only criticism is that for Assignment 2, it is marked by your tutor and their perception of what is correct. This is frustrating especially when the lecturer's responses/material is contradicting to the tutor's.
