Assessments were ramped up in difficulty as there was a mix between face-to-face and online exams during the pandemic, fair enough but there was lack of resources to help you prepare for tests and exams as there was a noticeable difficulty gap and difference in question styles between practical class questions, lecture examples, tests and assignments. It was really inconsistent and there was not much help you could get beyond practical classes. It is suggested that you do ENSC3004 Solid Mechanics before attempting this unit as there will be some overlap in content.

This course should be not too difficult for you if you have understand basic linear algebra well in you 1st year maths study. Taking notes before the lecture and trying to follow the logics in the notes by yourself are always good way to make some "pseudocode" in your mind before you get into details during the lecture, since you will already have a "blueprint" for you strategies in understanding the materials, i.e. where to pay more attention, which convention is more difficult to understand and memorize.
