Its a good unit but I kinda got fucked over with the essay. Dougie is a nice guy but your have to do the referencing down to the mil. I got 50% because I didn't do AGLC 4. like apa is way easier. and its a second year unit bro like come on. I poured my heart and soul into that essay, I mean the writing wasn't great but I got hella stressed about it and thats all you remember. I must have got 90% on the reflection tho cuz I handed it in 4 days late and still got 70% hahahah. still it leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you can just do Indigenous Ways of Knowing (HINT HINT) and get a HD And when I emailed Dougie about my low mark, he was kind enough to respond, but he said that lots of people had issues with referencing. I'll say this kids, you have to footnotes EVERY SINGLE CASE when your doing legal essays Guess that me missing all the last three lectures about writing the essay wasn't super helpful XD XD hahahhaha Also the participation was 30% and it's called a tutorial but its actually a 3 hour long lecture and the only participation is writing your name down so get your mate to do it for you. Hopefully they will restructure that soon tho. History is good because it give you empathy, you put yourself in another persons shoes.  Dougie or Melissa if you are reading this please put my review on next sets slides so next class can actually understand that referencing needs to be done otherwise let people like me know that you've got three weeks to find another unit to do. Also no hate against the dougie and Melissa, they were awesome. They have great stories to share and are always happy to take some extra time with you and talk about history.
