Reviews
The unit is structured well. I found it helpful that the lectures introducing key topics were online, so we used university time for revision.

The contents can be difficult to understand at times. My advice would be make sure you know how to do the tutorial questions.

The material was presented in a satisfactory manner but the lecturer (Des Hill) was anything but spontaneous. It was extremely difficult to pay attention to what was going on. The assessments were approachable but required writing with intense speed since the questions are really tedious. The exam, however, was rather easy with regards to time.

the material in the lectures were very clear. the lecturer was also very good. if you know how to do all the examples in the lectures you should be set for the exam.

Unit was completely changed in 2018 SEM1. All material clearly explained and plenty of examples to work through. The tests and final exam require to you write your answers very quickly, there is no time to second guess or stop writing, if you want to finish.

Please do offer a more detailed lecture slides please.

This is the definitive "you're on your own" unit. Lecture slides are some of the worst I have ever seen. No external resources. No real idea of what is expected.

Horrible lecturer(s), very poor organization, haphazard tutorial sessions. No textbook, no resources, no unit reader. The lecture slides are of no help.

is a very difficult unit to do, and requires some physics intuition, and largely depends upon the lecturer that you get.
