  1. Promotion title

  2. Promoter details

    The Promoter is StudentVIP, a trading name of Student Services Australia Pty Limited, ABN 19 100 372 156 of Suite 401, 50 Holt Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010.

  3. Promotional Period

    Start date: 10/02/2025 at 12:01am AEDT

    End date: 31/03/2025 at 11:59pm AEDT

  4. Eligible entrants

    Entry is open to all full-time and part-time students enrolled at an any Australian University.

    Any entrants under 18 years of age must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian prior to submitting an entry. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded on their behalf to a parent or guardian.

  5. How to enter

    Join StudentVIP at studentvip.com.au/register and opt-in to receive marketing emails from StudentVIP. You may get emails about special discounts, info about superannuation, graduate jobs and courses relating to your faculty from StudentVIP on behalf of third-party organisations.

    Existing members can enter at studentvip.com.au/backtounicash2025 with the same email they have joined StudentVIP.com.au with and are still opted-in to receive marketing emails from StudentVIP.

    Incomplete forms or unsubscribed emails will be deemed invalid.

  6. Entries permitted

    Only one (1) entry is permitted per individual.

  7. Total prize pool

    AUD $10,000.00

  8. Prize description

    The one (1) winner of the competition will receive AUD $10,000.00, which will be paid into the winner’s Australian bank account via electronic funds transfer.

    The winner must accept the prize “as is” and acknowledge that the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from their prize. The winner should seek advice from the Australian Tax Office or their own taxation advisor.

  9. Draw details

    The winner will be determined by a random number generator drawn on 01/04/2025 at 12:00pm AEDT at the offices of the promoter, Suite 401, 50 Holt Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010. Each entry in the competition has an equal chance of winning the prize.

  10. Notification of winners

    The winner will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the draw date.

  11. Claiming prizes

    The winner will have two (2) weeks to reply via email with their confirmation of details. The prize will be transferred within ten (10) business days of receipt of the winner’s details. The winner must provide their Australian bank account name, BSB and account number to the Promoter. Failure to provide the correct bank details within this timeframe means that the winner will forfeit their prize.

  12. Publication of winners

    The winner agrees to have published, as part of the announcement of the winner of this competition:

    1. the last name and initial of the first name,
    2. university currently enrolled, and
    3. post code

    The winner of the prize will be published on studentvip.com.au/competition within 5 business days of the draw date.

  13. Unclaimed prizes

    If the winner has not replied to their email with the required information by 12:00pm AEST on 15/04/2025, a redraw will be held on 16/04/2025 at the same time and address of the original draw. The same notification procedures will then take place. The redraw winner, if any, will have until 12:00pm AEST on 30/04/2025 to reply via email with their confirmation of details. The redraw winner, if any, of the prize will be published on studentvip.com.au/competition within 5 business days of the redraw date.

  14. Identification

    The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner demonstrates their eligibility for the prize as a condition of receipt of the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification if at the discretion of the Promoter.

  15. Cancellation

    If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

  16. Privacy Policy

    The Promoter will use and handle your personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy which can be found here studentvip.com.au/privacy.
