Description

Concise and well-structured Introduction to Property and Commercial Law notes incorporating information from textbooks, lectures, seminars and prescribed readings. The notes are structured as a scaffold to be easily applied to a problem question for the final exam. The scaffold is split into three components: - Sale of Goods Act 1923 (NSW) (SOGA); - Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) - Sch 2 Australian Consumer Law (ACL); and - Personal Properties Securities Act 2009 (Cth) (PPSA). The table format clearly identifies the steps you must follow when answering a problem question, as well as the law (legislation/case law) which must be applied to the material facts. Relevant case law has been summarised and updated versions of the legislation have been included. The table has also been colour coordinated for easy reading.
