Description

Concise and well-structured Family Law notes incorporating information from textbooks, lectures, seminars and prescribed readings. The notes are structured as a scaffold to be easily applied to a problem question for the final exam. Importantly, the scaffold is consistent with all updates to the Family Law Act as of 2023. The scaffold is split into three components relevant to the final exam: - Property Disputes; - Spousal Maintenance; and - Child Support. The format clearly identifies the steps you must follow when answering a problem question, as well as the law (legislation/case law) which must be applied to the material facts.
