Not much point in reviewing now that they've cancelled this subject... either way the whole thing was meh.

Very average unit. All the information that was covered here was covered in Organisational Psychology making it very repetitive. Assessment was okay, I had a good group for the group assessment making that an enjoyable experience.

As a mature age student, this subject was great as I could find "real world" relevance in all the theories discussed. Not a difficult subject but one that if you enjoy the content and take it seriously can be very beneficial to your career.

Didn't like this subject at all, some weeks the content was just dull and pointless. Group assignment waa the worst, ended up doing all the work myself.

This isn't a difficult subject, my tutor was really good so I found it enjoyable. If you work hard at this subject it is easy to get a 6/7 so why not work hard and use it to bring your GPA up? I liked it, tedious at times though.

Interesting content on a personal self development level but no demonstration or application to the business or work environment. Did not not like the reverse classroom set up which is a bit of a short change and the tutorial was only partially average in covering content. The group assignment was easy enough but the group I was in was horrible and chosen at random by the tutor so. The other assignments did not take a broad overview of how the content would be applied in the workplace. This should be more of a self help kind of course rather than a business course.

This subject can be very interesting if the knowledge is actually taken seriously. It is interesting to self-reflect on your personal strengths and weaknesses, but honestly most of us will not actively use this information apart from the odd 'social loafing' insult.

I didn't like this subject much at all, the content was boring, and my tutor contradicted herself in marking my assessments. Made some friends through group work though.

I found the subject to be quite pointless as the majority of content is taught in other business subjects. However, the group assignment was a great learning experience and the assignments were very easy

By the end I found it a helpful subject. It was very easy, but I found it informative
