Good unit, although it will keep you on your toes so it's best advised to do a lot of work in advance as it is content heavy. Bear in mind that you will have to juggle weekly assignments, with the major steel group project and studies for the exams along with work from the other civil units. In theory, no big deal but this will take up a huge portion of your time during the semester so be prepared for that. The mid-semester and final exams were very difficult, scaled and timewise, you will have to rush them in order to finish. The coordinator and tutors were very helpful and enthusiastic and the course content provided was sufficient and relevant to be able to complete the assessments.
