Very creative and 'fun' unit to create songs and make your own beats ( harder than it sounds ) , but unfortunately the workload is very heavy. 2hr lectures and readings, on top of assignments. The theory was somewhat boring, unless youre a major history music buff ( like , the history of the german synth). But the creativity of the assignments and making your own songs is easy to get the hang of, even as someone with 0 music making experience (me), and they can only fail you on assignments if you REallllyyy dont give a f. I would do it again , but spend time studying the actual theory as well, otherwise the exam catches you off guard - especially as the lecturer brags about how many students fail the exam.

Pretty easy unit.Not much engaging but I loved every beat! of it.
