SUCH A BAD UNIT! You'd think university courses would get you thinking critically and all, but this one doesn't. Learning about leadership dragged on way too long—it feels like a week's worth stretched into a whole unit. If you're after an easy HD, this isn't it. Motivation levels will likely be low because it doesn't demand much effort so you wont put effort for the HD

To be completely honest, i did not like this unit. i found it to be just a filler unit, although easy its boring. The only good thing was the speakers, some were interesting and others weren't. The essay is really easy to score a HD in if you pick a well known leader and you can get a grasp of how in depth to go based on feedback on the tutorial questions submitted. Its almost impossible to score well if you pick someone less known as there ist enough information to go off. The exam was weird and felt pointless as the content isn't something you need to have memorised in the workplace, hence i feel its a lazy way to assess our knowledge and could've done it a more creative way.

What a strange unit. The marking for the final exam seems to be very subjective and dependent on opinion of the marker. The main assignment is a tad bit direction less and hard to find information on unless its a very well known and studied leader - which is annoying if you want to branch out a bit to someone less well known. The class activities were very good though.

Pretty easy in my opinion, but also pretty boring. The unit coordinator is lovely, but it is really just a filler unit.
